RAW MATERIALS

MACHINERY
RUBBER: We have an in house mixing facility where compounds can be developed at the shortest possible time. We have over 40 Hydraulic Presses for production of rubber moulded parts.
THERMO SET PLASTIC: We have both vertical and horizontal thermoset machines ranging from 80 to 250 tons and have the capacity to supply in mulitple of lakh pieces per month.
THERMO PLASTIC: We have thermo plastic machineswith capacities up to 250 tons per month.
MACHINED METAL PRODUCTS: We have automats for machined products with repeat accuracy and high volume production runs, also supplied in multiples of lakh pieces per month.
